Breese & Earle Electrical Services Ltd have successfully completed the installation works on a large office refurbishment at Stokenchurch House in Buckinghamshire. The 15000sq. ft. refurbishment was carried out to the ground floor open plan office which was split into two separate domains.

Breese & Earle were responsible for the design and installation of a complete new lighting and emergency lighting installation utilising LED panels operated via an automatic lighting control system utilising occupancy and day light sensors.

Breese & Earle’s team of engineers were also responsible for other elements of the installation works which included the installation of a new metered mains distribution system to the newly formed offices and the alteration and extension works to the properties existing fire and security systems.
