Before proposed refurbishment works are to be undertaken, the contract administrators requires detailed reports on the Lutron lighting controls, mains, power, lighting, security and life safety systems installed with this large five storey residence.

Working closely with our partners Gear 7 Ltd who will undertake the Lutron survey and Sentinel Security Systems Ltd who will be surveying the security, access control and CCTV systems, we will spend a week on site gathering information on the electrical engineering services before submitting a fully detailed report to the contract administrators. This report will clearly identify to the architects the capabilities of the existing electrical system and any potential limitations that may affect the proposed refurbishment works.
