Our resident team of electrical engineers were responsible for the high-end installation which included a complete electric underfloor and comfort cooling design, a monitored intruder and fire alarm system and a Cat 6 cable network utilised for the properties IP phone and AV systems.

A specialist lighting design and installation was undertaken on the three-bedroom apartment controlled by the latest Lutron control system within remote interface.
