Our client acquired this property when the previous developers ran into financial difficulty half way through refurbishment. It was our responsibility to survey and test the electrical first fix installation and adapt systems to suit our clients requirements. This barn conversion is set in a rural location within the heart of The Cotswolds and commands spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. Breese and Earle’s design brief for the electrical services required us to blend modern technology in the form of lighting and audio systems with the very traditional character of the barn.
