Our relationship with this site originally began in 2002 when our client purchased a three storey office block. Following the fit out of the offices for a leading firm of London solicitors, the site was further developed when 14 apartments were built on top of the offices. In 2010, planning permission was obtained to build a stunning penthouse apartment with spectacular views of the top London landmarks. Breese and Earle has provided the electrical installation services for all phases of the development, culminating with the completion of luxury penthouse in late 2011.
